With E-Reserve you can order from the shops on our platform wherever you are: at your accommodation, on the beach or at home.
🔎1. Find a shopOpen a restaurant, café or grill house on E-Reserve. Shops that accept orders show an "Order" section.
➕2. ChooseTap + next to anything you want: food, sandwiches, coffee or drinks. You see the total right away.
📍3. AddressIf you have booked your accommodation or a sunbed through E-Reserve, the address is filled in automatically. Otherwise, just type it.
💳4. Pay the service feeYou only pay 0,50 € online to E-Reserve. Then your order is sent to the shop.
🛵5. DeliveryThe shop accepts your order and brings it to you. You pay for the food on delivery. You get an email at every step.
For shops
🍽️Add your menuIn your shop dashboard, next to your photos, you will find the menu for orders. Add products, prices and photos, or paste your whole menu at once. Then tick "I accept orders".
📸Upload a photo of your menuTake a photo of your printed menu. Customers see it exactly as it is, and the system reads the products and prices by itself, so you don't have to type them one by one. Check them and press "Save".
🔔Receive every orderBy email and in your dashboard, as soon as the customer pays the service fee. Update the customer with one tap: accepted, on the way, delivered.
💶The food money is yoursThe customer pays you on delivery. E-Reserve keeps only the service fee paid by the customer.
